Ray Rice
Team Leader – The Luxe Team @ Keller Williams Southlake

A Texas native and Dallas Fort Worth resident for nearly 20 years, Ray Rice genuinely loves selling luxury real estate in his hometown market. His transition to real estate came naturally after his career in finance as a Financial Analyst for Andersen Consulting and Neiman Marcus. Ray started in the mortgage business in 2003, running his own broker shop. His passion for helping clients ultimately took him a step further, from financing their dream home to finding that home as their agent.

Ray genuinely enjoys his work, and it shows. "Luxury real estate is truly fascinating to me. More importantly, I find great fulfillment in building relationships, and helping you find or sell your home for the right price, with the least amount of stress." When you work with Ray, you'll benefit from comprehensive service, attentive guidance and extreme persistence that is unparalleled in the market. He and Joy Rice, his wife and real estate partner, sell properties throughout the Dallas Fort Worth area, with a particular specialty in Frisco, Plano, Flower Mound, Southlake and Keller. They stand out above the rest because of their thorough knowledge and innovative marketing techniques, which includes the integration of technology and internet marketing to optimize exposure for your property.

Ray is a graduate of the University of Houston. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. He also served in the Infantry with the United States Marine Corps (USMC). Ray and Joy's 20-year-old son, Reagan, currently serves in the U.S. Marines Corps Reserves (USMC) as a member of the Crash Fire & Rescue squad. Reagan also is full-time college student and completed his first semester with honors.

Additional members of the Rice household include three much-loved dogs – a Boxer, and two Hungarian Vizslas. Ray and Joy will proudly tell you the Vizslas are show and field performance dogs. American Kennel Club (AKC) competitions include dog shows, hunt tests, and field trials. Ray and Joy are active contributors of the Texas Vizsla Rescue organization as well. Plus Ray competes with their dogs in NAVHDA, North American Versatile Hunting Dog Association, as well as N.S.T.R.A. National Shoot to Retrieve.
